How do I make an appointment?
First time clients require an initial consultation. We will be able to quote exact pricing once we see your hair. Please provide a picture of your preferred style. We rarely have same day appointments, so booking in advance is necessary.
You can also book an appointment online.
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
A deposit guarantees your appointment and should be paid within 24 hours (no deposit = no appointment). Deposits are non refundable and will be applied to the balance.
Do you provide hair?
The salon sells hair for all of your hair care needs for an additional price. Click here for a complete price list.
Can we bring children?
Children are not allowed unless being serviced.
Can I bring my own products?
The only outside product allowed in the salon is your favorite shampoos and conditioners.
What type of products do you use?
We are a Design Essentials distributor in addition to all natural products .
Can I bring my own hair?
Yes you can bring your own hair; however, if it is a brand that we are not familiar with we can NOT guarantee the quality of hair that you bring.
